This role offers a unique opportunity to work in our Meng Residence, a home-like hospice setting where you can slow down, build meaningful connections, and provide truly patient-centered care. This setting allows you to focus on quality, presence, and comfort for both patients and their families. Schedule: Primarily based at the Meng Residence in De Pere, working 32–36 hours per week, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm shifts. There will be occasional 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shifts in the community to support patient care needs, along with an every third weekend rotation and 2-3 holidays per year. What You’ll Do: We are looking for someone who brings both clinical skill and a strong sense of compassion. Experience in long-term care, hospice, or a similar setting is helpful, along with the ability to adapt between a residential setting and occasional community support. Why Unity?
