The Salvation Army Midland Division Ferguson Community Empowerment Center is looking for a Youth Development Specialist for the Spark Academy. This individual would be responsible for planning and managing The Salvation Army Spark Academy Program for 3rd - 5th graders. This is a part-time, 25 hours per week seasonal, $ 15.00 per hour. Anticipated time frame to work 05/18/2026-08/07/2026. 9420 W Florissant Ave, Saint Louis, Missouri Essential Functions: - Prepares for and monitors a variety of educational, recreational, relational, and spiritual development activities, events, and trips - Give opportunities to discover love for God and neighbors and skill to participate in family life, neighborhood, state, and country.
