This position sits within HDILS Core Services and reports to the Senior Director of Program Management . Core Services is the “invisible backbone” that makes application development across the org faster, safer, and more joyful by eliminating bottlenecks and delivering foundational, reusable capabilities that no single product team should have to reinvent (e.g., security/compliance embedded in CI/CD, consistent deployment tooling, shared observability).
