Kingswim are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging leader to join our established team at Kingswim Caroline Springs. The Centre Manager role offers the unique opportunity to build and develop your own energetic, vibrant, high performance team to become the swim school of choice in the region. The Centre Manager’s role within Kingswim is the key leadership position at each location. The Centre Manager has responsibility for ensuring the centre complies with all aspects of the Kingswim delivery of learn-to-swim lessons, including staffing, safety, class occupancy, facility maintenance, customer service, sales, program delivery and community awareness strategies, as well as the management and welfare of staff and families attending the centre. Availability requirements: The Centre Manager position is a permanent full-time role, with an hourly rate of $44.97 per hour + superannuation.
