About the role The Reception trainee will support the Front Office Team during their daily operations. In a regular daily basis, you will welcome guests to our unique hotel, check-in and check-out procedure, provide information about the hotel’s facilities and Ibiza island, collaborate with other depatments to provide excellent service and become a brand ambassador of Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. You will have the opportunity to give your personal touch to every guest interaction and to bring fresh ideas to the table to improve our guests’ experience. Program length: 4 to 6 months - Start date: April or May 2026 What’s in it for you: You will have the opportunity to acquire global knowledge of the reservations department while learning about Nobu Standards and Systems.
