Job Description: Overall, Purpose and Objective of Position: This position loads and unloads products at a soybean crushing and biodiesel plant. Primary functions are to load trucks and railcars with product or unload beans in receiving whichever is assigned. Responsible for complying with all applicable Company grade incoming grain; determine whether grain is of acceptable quality and reject those loads not meeting Company standards.
