You are a part of our family; Welcome Home! SUMMARY: The Red Tail Assistant Manager will assist the Red Tail Venue Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant and supervision of the staff. In addition, the Assistant Manager is responsible for promoting excellent service that includes hot, fresh and tasty food as well as exceptional guest service to our Red Tail visitors. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise restaurant outlet by organizing and directing worker training programs, resolving personnel problems, creating schedules, coaching employees and evaluating employee performance. Will be responsible for interviewing and hiring staff.
