Overview/ Job Responsibilities Sev1Tech an ERT company has an opportunity for a Training Developer with extensive instructional design specializing in the Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS JTRS)/Tactical Data Links (TDL) to include the development of Training Support Packages, POIs, and examinations. In this role, the candidate is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive training curricula for the MIDS JTRS and related Tactical Data Link (TDL) technologies. This role involves translating complex technical specs, specifically Link 16 operations, MIDS JTRS hardware configuration, and MIL-STD-6016 requirements into engaging instructional materials.
