Job description

Reports To: VP of Sales Job Purpose: Reach or exceed sales objectives for both volume and direct margin by calling on leads and using positive selling techniques to assist potential clients in purchasing exterior home improvement projects and to maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Reach or exceed sales objectives for both sales volume and direct profit margin - Exhibit enthusiasm and creativity in planning and selling exterior remodeling projects - Conduct sales calls which include completing all project selections at the time of sale, or making recommendations for remodeling work as needed based on evaluation - Create and present well-prepared project proposals which include scope of work, specifications, designs, and selections, and accurate pricing - Interact with the client and CRM to maintain accurate and complete client data and documents - Establish and maintain relationships of trust with potential and existing clients - Collaborate with the team to provide individual solutions for clients as needed - Maintain knowledge of products and keep up-to-date on current construction technology, building products, and...
