The Team: The firm has established strong relationships with some of the world’s leading Private Equity (‘PE’) firms who have record levels of funds ready to be deployed, therefore we are investing for the future. Private Equity is a key strategic growth channel for KPMG Globally and within that, value creation and portfolio services represent a standout opportunity for the firm. The team comprises of specialists with deep expertise working with both PE firms and their portfolio companies alike, supporting both through the entire transaction lifecycle, from transaction to transformation and through transaction again. Operating in a constantly changing and high-profile area of the market - we work at pace, offering a highly engaging, challenging and rewarding environment; no two days are the same. The Role: As a leader in the Private Equity group, you will work across all capabilities (Audit, Tax and Advisory), leading the relationship with a number of our priority clients, you will work across the transaction lifecycle.
