In this role, you’ll be the front line of IT support—solving problems, supporting local and remote staff, and partnering with a collaborative IT team in a mission-driven, technical environment. What You’ll Do: - Provide first-line IT support to local, remote, and mobile employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments - Provision and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, phones, and voicemail - Create, maintain, and deploy Windows and macOS system images - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and Linux environments - Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses - Document solutions and procedures in the IT knowledge base - Administer and support the IT service management (ITSM) system - Support office technology including sca...
