Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, experience in quality management, and excellent communication and leadership skills. The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services. Salary Range: $100,000-$144,000: The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Duties: - Focus on SPI and CPI performance indicators as decision drivers. - Oversight of scheduling/cost controllers and activities.
