Job description

The Program Specialist provides operational support, team coordination, and data management support for the Talent Management and Research team. This role focuses on organizing meetings, maintaining trackers and documentation, coordinating with vendors and internal partners, and supporting the day-to-day execution of team initiatives such as designing and building new hiring assessments and supporting new strategy and technology for our global interview process. The position emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through. This role focuses on operational execution, task tracking, data organization, as well as process improvement and automation. This role is well suited for an early‑career professional who enjoys being organized, keeping things moving, and supporting a team’s day-to-day work. The ideal candidate is comfortable working behind the scenes to coordinate logistics, maintain documentation and data trackers, and ensure details are handled accurately and on time.
