Department Overview Cascade Life Alliance (CLA) serves to save, enhance, and heal lives through organ donation and transplantation. CLA is the federally designated organ procurement organization serving 84 hospitals across Oregon, southern Washington, and western Idaho. The Clinical Partnership Coordinator leads real-time clinical response and hospital partnership efforts, providing referral and onsite response to evaluate potential organ donors and collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain the option of donation. It ensures timely evaluation and alignment with best practices, bridging clinical response and partnership work to promote continuity, collaboration, and high-quality service across hospital partners. The role also supports clinical operations across Cascade Life Alliance (CLA) and aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
