Description As a Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of automotive parts within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and preparing outgoing shipments for delivery to customers. Receiving: Shipping: Inventory: - Unload incoming shipments of automotive parts. - Verify the quantity and condition of received items against purchase orders and invoices. - Inspect for damages and report any discrepancies. - Accurately record incoming shipments in the inventory system. - Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer orders. - Generate shipping labels and packing slips. - Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles or schedule carrier pickups. - Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. - Maintain accurate inventory levels by performing regular cycle counts. - Organize and maintain a clean and organized warehouse. - Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
