About the Role Draw the line between concept and capability—own the go/no-go on risk, protect throughput, quality, and schedule, and turn factory constraints into competitive advantage. You’re the manufacturing voice at the design table —the person who decides whether a flexible pipe design will glide through our plants or grind them to a halt. You’ll review and optimize designs before they’re approved for Sales or NPD and added to the Production Master Plan, aligning real‑world factory constraints with functional requirements . You’ll connect Sales, Engineering, and Operations, and turn daily shop‑floor insight into clear factory strategies that boost throughput, quality, and schedule certainty—locally and across our global Flexibles footprint.
