Description We are looking for a Workplace Services Specialist to join the Tech & Digital Services area within the Tech & Digital Operations & Cyber Security Department. The role will support daily operations and cross-functional projects related to Digital Workplace / End User Services (Service Desk, On-Site Support, Meeting Rooms, IAM, Licensing, DEX), contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and employee experience. You will collaborate daily with team members, Tech&Digital colleagues in Italy and abroad, and external suppliers, and contribute to strategic initiatives such as the integration of newly acquired companies and the adoption of emerging technologies (including Generative AI).
