The Executive Director, Chief of Staff serves as a senior leader and trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President, System Health Solutions (SHS). This role partners closely with SHS executives to orchestrate and execute a coordinated portfolio of strategic initiatives aligned to annual and multi ‑ year objectives. Key responsibilities include leading the 3–5 ‑ year strategic planning process; translating strategy into annual growth priorities; aligning divisional goals with enterprise-wide system objectives; and driving disciplined execution through monthly business reviews that foster accountability and performance outcomes.
