Job Description Summary We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Operations Leader to lead performance across our North America operations, maintenance and upgrades organization. This role will be responsible for driving business rhythm, operational rigor, performance visibility, process improvement, resource planning, and cross-functional alignment to help the business scale effectively and deliver strong customer outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, operational discipline, data-driven decision-making, and leadership influence. They will partner closely with commercial, field execution, supply chain, finance, and regional leadership teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance execution, and support growth across North America.
