Your Tasks: Perform tasks related to Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection (HSE) and maintain documentation as per regulations Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with legal and system requirements in the HSE area Collaborate with company management to improve working conditions and ensure safe work organization Initiate projects and new solutions related to HSE Conduct workplace inspections, ensure employees follow HSE regulations, and maintain fire safety standards Create and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans Review plant modernization projects from an HSE perspective Determine the circumstances and root causes of workplace accidents Conduct HSE audits and inspections, and oversee the implementation of corrective actions and post-audit recommendations Supervise HSE and environmental protection KPIs Train employees on occupational risk assessment methods Your Profile: Higher education (management, environmental protection, or related fields), additional qualifications (e.g., postgraduate) in HSE Professional...
