This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with the CDM Regulations and supporting our commitment to safety and excellence. As a CDM Advisor, you will be embedded in the Maintenance and Engineering Services team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all projects within your portfolio comply with the CDM Regulations. You will provide expert advice and guidance on relevant legislation, conduct competency assessments, and perform site audits to ensure compliance.
