Responsibilities of the Role: Assist in conducting performance calculations for each TS asset: Support the various teams in Leasing, Property Management, Finance, Construction, Tax and Accounting teams to gather data relevant to each asset Assist with updating financial models and returns calculations on a quarterly basis Work with Portfolio Management to evaluate current property values Support the review of all asset materials to ensure total accuracy Assist in dispositions pr...
