What will you do?: Your role will be to empower our youth participants to achieve sustainable employment. You will achieve this by: - Providing tailored guidance/coaching, job placement and ongoing support to your client group. - Understanding the unique employment needs of your clients and - Collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity - Meeting specific targets/KPIs Who are you?: Skills and experience we are looking for include: You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
