Location: Vacaville, California The Senior Occupational Health Nurse is accountable for leading and delivering advanced occupational health and wellness services to employees in full compliance with Lonza standards and all applicable regulatory requirements. This role provides clinical expertise for the management of occupational injuries and illnesses and serves as a senior member of the medical emergency response team, ensuring preparedness, oversight, and effective response. The Senior Occupational Health Nurse assumes responsibility for guiding clinical decision-making, mentoring and supporting Occupational Health Nurses, and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive high‑quality health, safety, and wellness programs. This role plays a key part in program development, continuous improvement, regulatory readiness, and risk mitigation, contributing to a proactive occupational health culture and the overall safety performance of the site.
