Job Type Full-time Description: The SITE SUPERINTENDENT acts as the assistant to the Leasing Agent. The purpose of the SITE SUPERINTENDENT is to oversee the daily operations of the property and ensure that the property objectives are met. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values as well as maintaining the physical appearance and upkeep of the complex. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 8 and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing. Financial: · Ensure that all rents are collected when due and posted in a timely manner. Makes sure that all bank deposits are made daily. Performs evictions, utility cut-offs, and tenant notices as required on delinquent rents. · Provide constant vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, vendor relations, W9’s, and certificates of insurance.
