Description Job Purpose: The Facility Maintenance Technician will help provide a safe and well-maintained environment to ensure Advanced Pain Care and Advanced Surgical Center sites are ready for business daily. DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: · Responsible for ensuring that the electrical and mechanical aspects of all facilities perform effectively and efficiently. This may include air conditioning, elevators, fire safety systems and other mechanical systems, as well as ensuring the distribution of electricity, heating, lighting and water supplies · Complete and document scheduled maintenance and work orders in CMMS (computerized maintenance management system software) · Carries out construction and maintenance duties in a cost-effective manner, Estimates cost of materials needed to accomplish tasks/projects · Interprets blueprints and diagrams in order to plan material and labor needed to accomplish tasks · Aware and maintains list of contacts, vendors and service agreements for each business location · Responsible for keys and access at each business location, Maintains accurate up to date logs · Maintains inventory, purchases supplies, materials, and tools...
