Job description

The Craftsperson, Final Line – 3 is responsible for performing all job functions within the assigned final line area and assisting with operator training. This role also supports troubleshooting and repairs to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to safety and quality standards. The position requires flexibility to rotate across responsibilities. Starting pay at $18.50/hr. Plus, receive pay increases at 90 days and 6 months Typical schedule 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:30 pm with Friday overtime as needed. Learn, rotate, and perform all job responsibilities in the assigned final line area. Set up and operate all machinery and equipment on the final lines. Assist in identifying and eliminating abnormalities on the final line. Perform and assist with repairs as needed. Perform audits specific to the area and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements. Maintain production rates that meet customer demand. Work flexible hours, including mandatory overtime as required. Ability to use hand tools and machinery. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
