Position Summary: This position plays a vital role in supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure and products, applications and data systems across multiple North America locations. The infrastructure footprint and responsibilities span hardware, software, network, on-premise, and cloud environments while ensuring reliability, high-availability, and security best practices. The role also oversees cloud infrastructure and deployment of custom software systems, including management of cloud-native solutions.
