Description Inside Sales/Business Development Representative is responsible for driving broker engagement and loan submission activity at Champions Funding through proactive outbound communication. This role focuses on converting provided leads into approved broker partners by promoting our flagship Non-QM loan product, Ally, and routing brokers to educational webinars. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in expanding Champions Funding’s broker network and increasing funded loan volume, all while working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. No prior mortgage or real estate experience is required — full training is provided. Compensation & Benefits: - $42,000 Base salary plus commission (NOT a draw). - Uncapped commissions per funded loan. - Bonuses for successful lead conversions. - First-year earning potential of $100,000–$150,000+. - Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
