Summary: We are looking for a servant-leader Scrum Lead to support an Agile Team operating within our Salesforce - Scaled Agile Release Train (ART) using the SAFe framework. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment, drives predictable delivery, protects team commitments, and is passionate about relentless improvement. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead & Protect the Team - Serve as the Scrum Lead and servant leader for a Salesforce Agile Team within the ART. - Protect the team from external disruptions and prevent unplanned work assignments. - Hold the team accountable to sprint commitments and delivery timelines. - Drive completion of work items by expected close dates.
