The TikTok LIVE SMB service team is affiliated with the TikTok LIVE team. We aim to help TikTok's Small to Medium-Sized businesses (including merchants and creators) obtain more diverse customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming by building product capabilities and providing creator services, and to offer professional live streaming content for users. As the SMB Creator Manager, you will be responsible for creator recruitment, growth, and empowerment. You will also drive the prosperity of the SMB live streaming ecosystem in a scalable and efficient manner, achieving core business objectives. As an SMB Creator Manager, you will be the core driver of our SMB live streaming ecosystem’s growth. We value passion for live streaming and hands-on execution ability over rigid work experience — we are looking for someone who is eager to dive in, take ownership, and independently lead key initiatives including creator education, campaign planning & launch, and product feature promotion.
