Job Description Summary Installation Lead. Job Description: The Installation Lead – Wind Turbine Projects, is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities during the installation of wind turbines. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Installation Lead must have a deep understanding of construction and be capable of managing complex, large-scale projects in remote or challenging environments. Key Responsibilities: Site and Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all on-site operations related to wind turbine construction, including the assembly of components, tower erection, turbine installation, and the completion of both electrical and mechanical systems. Ensure that the project adheres to strict timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
