The Business Development Representative is a growth driver who directly impacts the organization’s expansion across a comprehensive portfolio of behavioral health services lines, including outpatient medication management and therapy service, Interventional Psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, and Ketamine), and psychological testing at Athena Care. This role is responsible for conducting market research across the middle Tennessee area, developing and maintaining a robust referral network, and providing on-the-ground support for business development and marketing initiatives serving as a knowledgeable representative for the full continuum of care offered by Athena Care.
