Position Overview: The Strategic Analytics (SA) team is a core business support unit within the Business Operations department of NYCEDC’s Asset Management (AM) Division. The SA team is responsible for assembling AM’s ~$400M annual property budget including oversight, reporting, and analytics. SA also leads the department’s digital transformation efforts, requiring expertise in process analysis, stakeholder engagement, project management/delivery, and technical proficiency with software such as Power BI, PowerApps, and programming languages including DAX, HTML, and some VBA. The AVP of Strategic Analytics supports the VP of Strategic Analytics by leading the day-to-day delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of the team’s highest-priority analytics and reporting products.
