Job description

Position Summary: The Construction Laborer ensures high standards in producing food-grade and commercial ethanol products. This hands-on role involves cross-training in various tasks, with potential for promotion to Construction Lead. Work hours: 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Compensation: $25-31 per hours (based on experience) Responsibilities: - Support maintenance and millwright teams by setting up work areas and maintaining tools. - Perform preventive maintenance and operate equipment safely. - Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools as per project plans. - Measure, mark, and prepare construction sites. - Join, align, and seal structural components; erect and dismantle temporary structures. - Build and dismantle concrete forms. - Perform carpentry, plastering, and masonry tasks. - Control traffic around work zones. - Operate tools, testing equipment, and industrial vehicles safely. - Support plant operations and follow safety procedures. - Ensure food safety compliance and proper documentation.
