Description Job Title: Teacher Assistant, Evening School (YouthBuild Philly Flex) Part-Time, 10 month: Reports To: Evening School Principal: Supervisory Responsibilities: No: Hours of Operation: The YouthBuild Evening School Program (YouthBuild Philly Flex) operates on an evening schedule designed for students who work during the day. This role is part-time and requires availability during evening instructional hours, typically 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM , along with occasional additional time for planning, professional development, and student events. New Staff Orientation is held August 13, 2026 & August 14, 2026. YouthBuild Orientation (First Day of School) is August 24-27, 2026.
