The Sr Manager , Software Engineering leads a high‑performing software engineering team, providing strategic direction, people leadership, and technical oversight to deliver secure, scalable, and modern technology solutions. This role fosters a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and inclusion while mentoring talent in contemporary engineering practices, AI‑enabled tools, and cloud-native development. The leader collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes and ensures strong execution using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies. Key competencies include exceptional communication, organizational and leadership skills; the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams; and familiarity with Java, Angular, .NET, and AWS.
