Position Title VP of Facilities Services & Construction Management Days - Full Time: Bell Hospital: Position Summary / Career Interest: The Vice President of Facility Services and Construction Management contributes to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives by directing planning and daily support operations to be in line with health system goals, priorities and culture. The Vice President leads facilities maintenance operations of building(s) and property at multiple campus locations across the KC Metropolitan area. The Vice President overseas design and construction work and may coordinate and/or oversee contracted services. The Vice President provides the strategic vision and leadership for the following system-wide areas: Facilities Planning/Design/Construction, Maintenance/Building Systems, Engineering, Energy Center and Project Management Controls. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer of the Kansas City Division.
