Description JOB TITLE: Maintenance Technician I: ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT: Housing: SUPERVISOR: Lead Maintenance Technician: FLSA: Non-Exempt: SALARY: $17.00 to $20.00: **ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family. ** JOB SUMMARY: Perform laboring work in maintaining the Housing rentals/homes and grounds. SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS: Strong working knowledge of current repair and maintenance techniques and procedures. Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to deal effectively with all types of people. Knowledge of building codes. Ability to speak read and write English.
