Injury Management Specialist

DP World is seeking an Injury Management Specialist to join our People team based in Fremantle, WA. In this role, you will oversee the safe, timely and cost-effective return of employees to their pre-injury duties while managing strategic and outcome-focused workers compensation cases across the business. You will manage a portfolio of 25+ workers compensation claims across early intervention, medium and long-term cases, supporting employees throughout the return-to-work process and driving positive recovery outcomes. Working closely with employees, operational leaders, insurers and medical providers, you will play a key role in delivering effective injury management and claim reduction strategies. This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday and will involve travel between operational sites as required.
