Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Floor Care Specialist to join our janitorial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of hard flooring and carpeted areas. Qualifications: Benefits: - Perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and polishing hard floors to ensure a clean, shiny finish. - Condition and clean carpeted areas using extractors, carpet shampoo machines, and other specialized equipment. - Inspect floors and carpets regularly to identify areas that need attention. - Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and methods to maintain floor and carpet quality. - Ensure all equipment, including extractors and carpet shampoo machines, is properly maintained and stored. - Run periodic trash / recycle route. - Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times. - Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred. - Familiarity with floor care equipment and cleaning solutions. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move equipment. - Competitive salary - Health and dental...
