Overview Bowhead seeks a Tactical Systems Programmer to join our team supporting NIWC Atlantic. The Programmer will work directly with the client analyzing complex and unique technical support assignments and collaborate with software engineers, hardware engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and program analysts. This position is 100% onsite. No hybrid/flex or remote work schedules are permitted for this effort. Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and support Minotaur software across lab and operational environments.• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, including servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications.• Analyze detailed system designs and functional requirements to ensure proper integration and performance of Minotaur systems.• Provide end-user support, addressing technical issues and optimizing system functionality.• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system updates, patches, and performance enhancements.• Test, document, and validate system configurations, ensuring compliance with operational standards.• Support network connectivity, databases, and associated mission-critical applications.• Participate in system integration, debugging, an...
