We are looking for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our Support Team. In this role you will be responsible for data entry, Patient communication, Insurance rejections, etc. The hours for this role will be 7a-4p Monday - Friday, with no weekend expectations. Position Summary: The Pharmacy Support Specialist performs functions to obtain and process prescriptions to prepare the pharmacy fulfillment team to dispense and ship medications, while working within the limits of established policies. Primary Responsibilities: Provides support to Pharmacists by entering prescription information, submitting claims for payment, and handling patient questions and concerns regarding medications and delivery. Manage patient profiles including updating medication lists and any changes that are pertinent to the patient's medication regimen.
