Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed, data driven, Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join its Journey Orchestration team for corporate and hourly hiring. This marketer will help create and execute the team's vision and strategy for leveraging Amazon's owned channels (e.g., amazon.jobs, hiring.amazon.com) to deliver personalized, automated candidate experiences at global scale. In this role, you are responsible for the tactical implementation and execution of global email, SMS, and push notification campaigns that deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This role will execute lifecycle strategies including ongoing automated journeys and ad hoc initiatives to attract and convert the highest-quality talent efficiently, predictably, and at scale. This is a critical role on the Journey Orchestration team to execute acquisition, engagement, and win-back campaigns.
