What’s in for you: The MMB Commercial Segment (CS) focuses on small and mid-sized employers and is a strategic growth area for MMB. The CS Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various projects and workstreams related to this client segment in Europe and takes direct ownership for critical projects. It is therefore a highly visible role that allows to make a meaningful impact on the success of our business. The role reports to the regional segment growth leader and works closely with the countries and other senior stakeholders across the region. We will rely on you to: Participate in the strategic planning process, supporting the development and documentation of plans at regional and local levels. Support the execution on our priorities by capturing & following up on agreed actions and ensuring general project management.
