As a Pensions Specialist (Trustee) within the UK Pensions & Benefits team, you will play a key role in supporting the governance, management, and day‑to‑day operation of the firm’s UK trust‑based defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. You will work closely with Trustees, internal stakeholders, and external advisers to ensure schemes are operated effectively, compliantly, and in line with best practice. The UK Pensions & Benefits team has responsibility for the firm’s trust‑based UK benefit programmes, including a comprehensive flexible benefits offering, a large medical trust, and five UK pension schemes, the largest of which has approximately 60,000 members.
