Aids with questions both over the phone and in person. Help members assess all loan documents needed to meet guidelines and complete the processing of their mortgage loan application. Engage with management, loan originators, underwriters, members, and third-party vendors to ensure a cooperative work environment. Request, order, and gather documentation needed for submission to investors and/or the underwriting department in a timely manner. Required to pre-order all needed outsourced items following our milestone tasks and workflows. Review files to ensure our files stay structured throughout the process. Help assist underwriting by reviewing guidelines, income, assets, and helping issue our TBD pre-approvals. Assist with members and work with third-party companies to clear underwriting conditions and assess future items that might be needed due to file re-structures throughout the process.
