Job description

This position reports to the Manager. Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of hourly employees ensuring that both customer service and internal measurements are held to the highest standards. Primary Accountabilities: Customer Service – Provide all customers served by this facility with quality products and services in a timely, accurate manner which is consistent with corporate goals and objectives. Expense and Productivity – Monitor all facets of department activities to ensure that productivity and expense controls are consistent with budget goals and objectives. Human Resources – Maintain a non-union environment which fosters an atmosphere that encourages teamwork among employees, promotes superior levels of achievement, and reduces employee turnover. Maintain acceptable levels on employee opinion surveys. Asset Management – Monitor proper use of equipment and utilization of manpower to achieve facility goals. Maintain acceptable accuracy levels and control inventory shrinkage.
