Job description

This is a non-personal services task order to provide Administrative, Analyst and Advisor Services that shall support the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs. The United States Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contractor personnel, who are the service providers performing the services described herein. Such task order service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. - Develop, plan, implement, and manage ongoing support programs including contracting, inventory of property and supplies, shipping and customs, transportation, parking and travel, telecommunications, signage, facilities maintenance, space management and conferences and specials events and VIP official visitor support - Assist with planning and studying the organization programs for continuing operations or providing services during periods of natural disaster or other emergencies - Develop and manage ongoing storage, and inventory of property and supplies - Analyze, interpret, and resolve field and distribution inventory issues/ discrepancies and report findings to management. - Help coordinate and conduct space management s...
