Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in software development. - 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role leading teams. - Experience with large-scale data processing systems or infrastructure designing and maintaining large scale streaming data pipelines. - Experience developing and executing long-term technical strategies. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. - 3 years of experience working in a structured organization. - Experience with Flume. - Experience with SQL pipelines.
